A software agent – installed on each endpoint – continuously checks for problems, attempts to repair issues automatically, and notifies SEI engineers for any necessary follow-up. This agent also automatically manages software updates, endpoint security, and provides support utilities that help diagnose and repair problems without disturbing users.
